Message from Roger Kueter:

Dear Rotarian Club Presidents:
Would you share with me the members in your club who are Polio survivors, and ask them if they would be willing to be on a list of Honorary Rotarians on the District’s “End Polio Now” district committee? Indicate that there are no expected assignments.” Please contact Roger at roger.kueter@uni.edu if interested.

Kent Nelson,

President, 2009-2101

As we begin the 2009-2010 Rotary year, I look forward to continuing many Rotary traditions. Our club will continue to support the eradication of polio and improving water quality at the international level. At the local level, we will maintain the Gazebo Park and Children’s Garden Playground. Our special international interest called “The Mustard Seed Project” provides educational and hygienic supplies to Kenya each year through Oelwein’s Linda Massey. We also support many local interests financially through our membership and fund raisers.

My focus this year will be growing our membership and getting to know each other a little better through our “Five Minute Biography”. We meet each Monday at noon at Edgewater GC. Come join us for great food, great camaraderie, and great programs!
